Walter’s Debut Album
Walter’s debut album, Bakers Dozen, was released in April of 2019. As of August 2025, the first single, Back It Up, continues to get significant airplay on the iHeart Radio Network. No Doubt and Why Dontcha Do It, two other singles from the same record, enjoy their own occasional air time on terrestrial and internet radio stations. All three tunes are featured on The Singles Collection EP, and can be purchased in the Shop Now TAB
CounterParts first concert
CounterParts first concert on the evening of April 13th, 2024 produced the Full Concert Video “CounterParts: Live in Elkins Park” The video contains performance footage of 9 previously unrecorded songs, 2 singles from the Bakers Dozen album released in 2019, and a remixed cover of Georgie Porgy by David Paich. Georgie Porgy was originally recorded in 1982 on Toto IV, it won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year.

She and I talked at the latest recital for students who take lessons at the Silver Music Studios. “You can always tell a Walt (Runge) student; they have a jazz feel and a dramatic element.”
